DELIVERY

All card purchases will be posted by Royal Mail 1st Class.

Artwork purchases will be posted by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class,

or by another postal service if deemed fit to do so.

 

Please note that delivery prices are based on the weight and size of the parcel.

We will do everything we can to ensure the best prices whilst maintaining safe and

reliable delivery of your purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are not available on bespoke items such a bespoke cards, name art or artworks. If there is a problem with any of these items please get in contact so that we can advise you, and resolve the problem as quickly

as possible.

Exchanges can only be made on Clothing items and in this case exchanges may be limited or unavailable depending on stock level. If you do wish to exchange your purchase item please get in contact and we will do our very best to exchange your item. If an acceptable exchange is not available a refund will be made, provided the item comes back in an excellent resalable condition.
