
Returns are not available on bespoke items such a bespoke cards, name art or artworks. If there is a problem with any of these items please get in contact so that we can advise you, and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Exchanges can only be made on Clothing items and in this case exchanges may be limited or unavailable depending on stock level. If you do wish to exchange your purchase item please get in contact and we will do our very best to exchange your item. If an acceptable exchange is not available a refund will be made, provided the item comes back in an excellent resalable condition.

Delivery can take up to 3 weeks due to the bespoke nature of the purchase. Each piece is made to order and so if you are buying as a present ensure you order in advance.
We endeavour to have each piece made and posted as quickly as possible, and so this time frame is a guide.
Please note that postage is charged by weight and size of purchase.
